ARTICLE 1: PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT This agreement is signed between Van Gölü Travel Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "AGENCY") and the Customer/Consumer (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER"), whose details are specified below.
ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This agreement defines the rights and obligations related to the provision of tour, accommodation, transportation, and other travel services by the AGENCY to the CUSTOMER.
ARTICLE 3: SERVICES The services provided by the AGENCY include:

Tour services: Travel program, guidance, transfers, insurance, and meal services.

Hotel accommodation: Hotel reservations, duration of stay, and included services.

Transportation services: Vehicle, plane, bus, or transfer services.

Additional services: Museum and historical site entrance fees and other optional activities.
ARTICLE 4: RESERVATION AND PAYMENT 4.1. The CUSTOMER must provide the necessary information and payment details to the AGENCY to make a preliminary reservation for the selected tour or hotel service. 4.2. A deposit must be made at the specified rate to confirm the reservation. 4.3. The remaining balance must be paid within the specified period before the travel date. 4.4. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer (EFT).
ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 5.1. If the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel the reservation, they must notify the AGENCY in writing. 5.2. The refund conditions in case of cancellation are as follows:

Cancellation 30 days before the tour date: 100% refund.

Cancellation 15-29 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

Cancellation 14 days or less before the tour date: No refund.
5.3. The AGENCY reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, or extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.
ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITIES 6.1. The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that tours and accommodation services take place under the specified conditions. 6.2. The CUSTOMER must comply with the rules set by the AGENCY during the tour or accommodation. 6.3. The CUSTOMER is responsible for any damage they cause during the tour or stay. 6.4. The AGENCY is not liable for cancellations caused by extraordinary circumstances or force majeure events.
ARTICLE 7: FORCE MAJEURE Neither party shall be held liable for circumstances beyond their control, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, examination cancellations, or official decisions. In such cases, the AGENCY reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour or accommodation.
ARTICLE 8: DISPUTE RESOLUTION Disputes between the parties will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The CUSTOMER has the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Courts in their province.
ARTICLE 9: EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE This agreement takes effect once read and approved by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER declares that they accept all terms of this agreement.
